My stay at Sofitel was exemplary, with a welcoming staff that efficiently assisted in arranging my business meetings and setting up necessary equipment. The room was meticulously cleaned, featuring a well-stocked mini bar and an espresso machine, along with complimentary fruits and juices on arrival. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, including freshly baked pastries and high-quality organic juices. The hotel's proximity to Masjid Haram made it convenient for my after-hours visits to the mosque.

So we booked a suite for 3 and it was super comfy! Really close to Masjid e Nabwi, which was a big plus. The food at breakfast was outstanding, and the chefs were really flexible with requests. Just had some power cuts and a leaking shower, but overall, it didn’t ruin our time!

The Classic Room Triple Bed was decent in size and had enough plug points, which was a plus. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and it had a small fridge. However, the carpet needed a deep clean, and the shower setup was annoying because it only had a hand shower and no main shower head. Overall, it felt a bit outdated but cozy enough for a short stay.

I was welcomed by the amazing team, especially Ahmed & Jana, who made check-in a breeze! My room was not just spacious, it was also a haven of comfort, complete with a cozy bed and a great coffee machine. Dining was an experience to remember, with an abundance of delicious options at dinner and breakfast that spoiled my taste buds!

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the women's gate of the mosque, making it extremely convenient. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff consistently displayed politeness and readiness to assist. However, a suite request wasn't fulfilled as expected, resulting in two non-connected rooms that compromised privacy due to proximity to housekeeping storage. This experience overshadowed the otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from the masjid, making it easy to explore the area. We loved how the restaurant staff went above and beyond for us, especially while we dined with our five kids. The food was always fresh!

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they could improve soundproofing between rooms. We had quite a noisy experience due to doors shaking whenever neighbors came and went. Additionally, a dedicated kids' area would be a huge plus for families.
